Returns & Refunds
Every poster is made to order, printed especially for you, and carefully packed before being shipped. Because each item is produced individually, I’m unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases, incorrect size choices, or ordering the wrong item.
That said, I want you to be happy with your order. If something arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please get in touch and I’ll do my best to make it right.
Change of mind returns
As each print is made to order, I do not accept returns or refunds if you simply change your mind, choose the wrong size, or no longer want the item after it has been produced.
Please double-check your selected size, shipping address, and order details before completing checkout.
Damaged, faulty, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact me as soon as possible after delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A short description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item
- Clear photos of the packaging
Once I’ve reviewed the issue, I’ll work with you to arrange a suitable solution. This may include a replacement, refund, or another appropriate remedy depending on the situation.
Lost or delayed orders
All orders include tracking once shipped.
Production and shipping times are estimates only, and occasional delays may happen due to postal services, customs, public holidays, or other issues outside my control. I’m not liable for delays once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, but I’ll always do my best to help investigate and resolve delivery issues where possible.
Incorrect shipping address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
If an order is returned, delayed, or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, I may not be able to offer a refund or free replacement. If you notice an address mistake, please contact me as quickly as possible.
Cancellations
Because orders are sent to production quickly, cancellations are only possible if your order has not yet entered production.
If you need to cancel, please contact me as soon as possible after placing your order. Once production has started, the order can no longer be cancelled.
Colours and print variation
Please note that colours may appear slightly different from screen to screen. Minor colour variations between your screen and the final printed product are normal and are not considered a fault.
